Isaac Lubben — head of Research
Isaac Lubben is Head of Research at Madrus, where he leads market analysis and due diligence across complex infrastructure, energy, and logistics investments. In his role, he has supported the launch of an infrastructure development and investment sleeve for a $20 billion NYC–based hedge fund and has directed research and due diligence for multi-million-dollar transactions. His work spans the full lifecycle of public-private partnerships, from feasibility analysis and market strategy to execution support for both public agencies and private investors.
Previously, Isaac served as a Senior Analyst at Madrus, working closely with state departments of transportation on marquee projects. He has led research for philanthropic feasibility studies, advised on transportation policy, and coordinated with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
Isaac serves on his local economic development advisory board, where he developed an internship program and supported local developers with expedited permitting and zoning regulations. Isaac graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Patrick Henry College, where he studied Political Theory, and is a published author on infrastructure governance and public policy. He brings a rigorous analytical approach grounded in economics, policy, and real-world execution to every engagement.
